Responsibilities:

Operation, maintenance and technical support of Nokia BSC DX200, McBSC platform, IPA RNC, McRNC and SBTS platform,

Troubleshooting actual and potential problem arises in BTS, BSC, WBTS, SBTS and RNC,

Knowledge in installation, commissioning and maintenance of Flexi, Ultra, MR10 BTS, Flexi WCDMA BTS and SBTS,

Notifying and Troubleshooting the Service impacting /Non Service impacting/Service

Degradation Active alarms within SLA timings,

Analyzing & rectifying WBTS & RNC related alarms,

Rectifying major traffic affecting (call drop) alarm like 2992,2993 on Abis and Ater interface,

Maintain KPI under desired figure,

TRX Signaling & Channel configuration via BTS Manager,

TRX addition and deletion and External Alarm creation and verification as required,

Coordination with BSS & NMS engineers for 100% availability of network,

To ensure smooth running of the network by resolving various faults within SLA,

Periodic BSC & RNC Software backup bi-monthly to ensure safety of BSC & RNC data,

To act upon critical outages effectively & reduce network outage to the maximum,

Diagnosis of Signaling Links in BSCs,

Generating 2G,3G,4G SA alarms report,
