ESB is an enterprise messaging solution which facilitate smooth flow of messages between B2B. WFM is already integrated over ESB with OneTM, Mate and M5. Solution can manage transection flow in case failures. It includes a fully featured API Gateway which can act as the entry point for all external service request as asynchronous message flows and event (publish/subscribe) flows towards service delivery and SaaS solutions.

It is a project which is developed to ease the alarm monitoring activity of an engineer. It is divided into following modules.
Alarm Importer: - the main functionality of this window service is to fetch the data from the OSS and store it in to local DB after some calculation like correlation etc...
SMS Generator: - it is a very important part of AWE which is used to send the SMS to the end user either on predefined escalation level or on User defined numbers.
Awe GUI: - It is a Web application which is used to display the alarms of all types on single window to ease the job of alarm monitoring engineers.
PT4 Integration: - it is a window service used to update the faults in Pt4 (Remedy) Database .using java messaging QUEUE.
TL dashboard: - This is the dashboard used to view the summary of Awe data in tabular form. Rolls & Responsibilities:

(Workforce dispatch management system) is a proven solution for automated dispatch, scheduling and monitoring of your field force. It helps bring efficiencies through better task allocation, work order generation, scheduling, and Roster management and worked on Integration Interface. This interface can be used by integrating partners for sending and receiving messages to and from WFMS. It also integrates with the external systems that are CRM and Metasolv through Click Service. Integration Interface is a Web Service which accepts request messages in agreed format (SXP Messages), process them and send the response back.
