KEY TASK HANDLING

Responsible for Production in Axle Paint Shop

Daily morning meeting with Team for defect feedback/ Production plan and safety issues

Responsible for zero defects component at customer line i.e. ensure all line parameters as per control plan & all work as per SOP (standardized operating procedure).

Monitoring of Painted inventory on daily basis for smooth Planning and Operations

Establish theoretical working standards of the painting line for the above KPI (key performance indicators) for monitoring gaps between actual and theoretical values.

Monitor quality defects at quality gate & reported in different quality audits like CQA (customer quality audit) & ADPU (average defect per unit) take necessary actions to eliminate defects & submit CAPA (corrective action & preventive action) to ensure defects within the targets.

Implementation of Best Practices, Autonomous (self) maintenance of the equipment’s to reduce CLIR (cleaning, lubrication, inspection & refastening) time to improve OEE (overall equipment efficiency).

Continual improvement’s through Kaizens using different tools like 4M,5Why & 5W1H

Loss Monitor of the painting line & intimation to the concern department to ensure zero downtime due to equipment’s failure and due to material non-availability.

Skill development of manpower through 3x3 matrix, versatility chart, TWTTP (the way to teach the people) & HERCA (human error root cause analysis) to ensure optimum man loading at different station.

Ensure safety of work place through identification of UA (unsafe act) / UC (unsafe condition) & RA (risk analysis) & RP (risk prediction) of the SOP’s.
