• Construction Manager: Responsible for the construction of the following types of construction projects, (Private Sector, Retail, Institutional, Multi Family, Food & Beverage/Catering, Big Box Retail). Able to manage several projects and tasks in conjunction with tracking goals, budgets, schedule, and quality for the projects
• Safety: Understanding of safety rules and procedures, and ensures safety protocols throughout the project from beginning to start. Effectively mitigates any compliance issues that arise
• Computer Software: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Microsoft Project, Blue- Beam, Sage-Timberline Estimating Software, Paskr Estimating Software
• Estimating: Every project that was completed was first estimated using basic Excel software and take-offs were completed on self-performed work and materials provided by the General Contractor. Estimating new projects and understanding the project specifications and plans and requesting bids from subcontractors and material vendors
• Scheduling: Prior to the beginning of all larger projects a detailed project schedule, using Microsoft Project, including all major scopes of work and the procurement of the U&O is completed and following the critical path
• Communication: Effective in clear and logical communication with building inspectors, municipality staff, government officials, Architects, Engineers, and Owners
• Organization: Keeps job files, contracts, and PO’s, neatly organized for an expeditious reference tool
