PCD (Process Control Domain) IT Cyber Security Expert Appointed by SHELL Tunisia Upstream for a mission of 8 months (until December 2019).

My mission is taking place on Hannibal platform (onshore) and Miskar Platform (offshore).

It consists in a pre-audit and preparation for a general audit that will be carried out by SHELL group.

Generally, my mission is:

1) Check conformity between procedures used by Shell Tunisia Upstream and Shell Group and prepare action plan to be aligned with Shell standard. 2) Perform general inventory of PCD equipment.

3) Perform a computer security audit on PCD equipment of both platforms and undertake recommendations according to the priority. 4) Establish a quarterly IT security plan and execute it at least once. 5) Undertake necessary hardware and software updates of PCD equipment.

6) Launch necessary training for PCD users to raise awareness of importance and criticality of PCD.

7) Carry out necessary backups quarterly for different systems of PCD and launch operation test of data recovery.
