Responsible for classify and sorting the materials processed for supply distribution in all units in a Theatre Redistribution Center in Arifjan US Army Camp Kuwait
Led warehouse team of 10 to 12 Supply Associates staff who support our daily inbound and outbound trucking needs
Assist to ship in raw materials and industrial bulk supply items and in turn ship out disposable products
Collaborate with Senior Supervisor team to define yard requirement and supply issues
Ensured the timely and regular maintenance of facility and equipment.
Receives the DRMO MRO's check all the items received by comparing with MRO's received and then confirms the MRO for Shipment.
Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; sort out the DRMO items and send it to DRMO acc to the MRO received.
Prepares the Truck Manifest for all the DRMO shipments and keeps tracking on all the DRMO shipments for future reference.
Prepare Clear & Text Statement for DRMO Hazmat Items to Safety& Hazmat Departments.
Performing Monthly & Yearly inventories of allocated materials.
MRO Verifying by using command ABC in SARSS system.
Arranging all the items in the location and ensure that all the items are properly stored and prevent loss of accountability and damaging of items.
Performing proper maintenance of storage operation equipment.

Allocating Materials with MROs to the customer DODAAC bin and Bin Tickets to Locations for Storage.
Using FEDLOG system to find characteristic of item for processing on SARSS-1 system.

Ensuring that all supplies are properly secured and safely transported in the storage areas.

SARSS OPERATOR
Though my job designation is Sarss Operator but I take care of two different roles i.e. – “Sarss Operator” and “Administrative assistant”. I work as an administrative for the Production Control Branch. And work in Sarss system whenever required.
