20 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in various companies. Much of my experience is in Health Insurance but also have experience in Government, Child Welfare, Prescription and mobile application development.

The Senior BA roles have included everything from JAD sessions, business requirements, functional specifications, some data modeling and QA.

Working closely with developers, the QA process allows for finding issues prior to production. Working with QA teams to ensure accuracy of the development as well as the requirements. This has been conducted in typical environments as well as the Agile environment.
