• Clearance Officer – Seabourn Cruise Line
[May 2019 – June 2019] Supported Chief Purser in
Immigration formalities for all guests and crew, port clearance of the vessel, liaised with port immigration and shoreside authorities prior to arrival and provided all certificates and manifests required for entry and exit of port to authorities. This procedure is required each time a vessel enters and exits a new port or country, the vessel sailed each evening, 400 guests and 450 crew were cleared upon immigration.
• Guest Services Supervisor – Seabourn Cruise Line
[August 2018 – December 2018] Ensured all guests are assisted with any service issues, queries or complaints, supervised and supported a team of 8 Guest Services staff with all guest issues and took control of issues when the situation escalated beyond their responsibility, ensured guest services staff are highly trained, managed embarkation/check in process of 600 guests and 20 check in agents, responsible for authorization of all print material such as social and dinner invitations, immigration letters and security letters, produced the Berthing list (suite allocations) and Gift Order/Credit manifest, carried out the duties of the Medical Team recorder during an emergency, conducted ship tours for VIP guests and corporate visitors and co-hosted guests’ dinner tables to strengthen and build relationships.
• Guest Services Specialist – Seabourn Cruise Line
[May 2017 – June 2018] Manned the front desk, attended guest queries and complaints, booked shoreside excursions, maintained the Berthing List, managed a cash float and posted financial transactions on guests’ account, arranged private events and parties for guests including personal menus and décor, escorted guest shore excursions, assisted in the newbuild set up of a vessel launched in 2018 by set up of the NATIONALITY:

• Guest Services Operator – Seabourn Cruise Line
[April 2017 – May 2017] Operated the central telephone system and handled all emergency calls and directed them accordingly, handled passenger complaints and addressed them accordingly to the relevant departments or supervisor, booked shoreside excursions, responsible for all printing of social dinner invitations, immigration and security letters, celebration cards, researched and produced printed port information (things to do, history of town, currency, methods of transport available) for each port visited in the itinerary, required to know all 450 guests’ names and address each guest by name upon interaction, was part of numerous private charters of the vessel for high profile brands and assisted in the check in, requests and needs of celebrity guests.
• Penthouse Stewardess – Seabourn Cruise Line
[February 2015 – February 2017] Cleaned and maintained 10 penthouse suites including day and turndown service, worked in a team of 20 stewardesses and trained the newcomers to the company, collection and delivery of laundry to suites, monthly inventory take of all linen, towels and stateroom furniture, ensured guests’ needs and requests are met and directed the requests to the relevant departments, involved in the sale of a vessel, assisted with stripping the vessel of all company branded items and deep cleaned the public areas.
• Junior Stewardess – Private Motor Yachts
[October 2014 - February 2015, United States] Interior detailing, housekeeping, stock take of inventory onboard, food and beverage services, laundry procedures, basic deck cleaning, cleaned and maintained yacht during the
refurbishment phase and occupancy of guests/owners.
