●Troubleshoot and Diagnosing Various OEM’s of TRACTORS.

●Diagnose and Operate Tractors automotive systems includes cooling system, Battery, lightning s, fuel lines, Braking systems, wheel balancing, power take-off output shaft.

●Able to explain technical concern in Non-Technical aspects to WM and Customers.

●Working on the CSF project which includes FS penetration,SRCR revenue,SERVICE LOAD,CUSTOMER RETENTION &ABSORPTION RATIO.

●Handling dealerships according to the company process and plans.

●Conducted field camps to retain the customer for service provided by the company & identify the complaint and the corrective maintenance activities tips and new policy knowledge given to the customer.

●Performed repair work as directed within manufacturer’s timescale and in accordance with established document procedures.

●Performs various diagnostic tests using specialized tools and gauges,interprets trouble parts and other information from tools to uses reference materials such as service manuals to determine operational difficulties, drivability problems and evaluates performance efficiency.

●Can understand detailed layouts of power transmission especially from Engine and power take-off shaft via gearbox and the implements used in the tractors.

●Handled DMS and warranty process.

The project is aimed to design a model for engraving the workpiece (wooden block,metal piece, etc.),it could be used for various other purposes like cutting miniature parts on wood and acrylic with a template.
