Responsibilities:

Maintain a team of 40Members under various departments.

Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.

Evaluation of Daily Machinery Maintenance Log Reports.

Regular review of PM, PR and CBM Reports.

Maintains manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory.

Monitoring purchase orders, Invoice approvals, and manages the Department Budget.

Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance

Manages maintenance personnel by setting direction and priorities.

Performs Performance Evaluations on direct reports at least twice a year.

Provides training and continuous development on all maintenance personnel.

Performs other duties by coordinating work with outside inspections, providing project management, ensuring safety of personnel, and performing other duties as required.

Achievements:

Increased machine uptime from 70% to 85% through root cause analyses, machine reliability studies and implantation of corrective actions.

Improved spare parts availability from 81% to 90% and improved plant efficiency average 5% (to 81%) through use of turnover rate studies, lead time studies, flexibility of parts and budget allocations.
