PROFILE
Sincere & diligent professional experience of total 4.5 Years in Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance in Coal Handling Plant (CHP) and Ash Handling Plant (AHP) of Thermal Power Plant with extensive experience in operation and maintenance.
Experience in Erection and Commissioning of Field Instrument.
Currently working as an ENGINEER with MCNALLY BHARAT ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED.
Core Technical Skills: Operation & Maintenance Management, Testing, Calibration, Troubleshooting, Analysis, Manpower Handling and Client Satisfaction. TECHNICAL SKILLS
Maintenance and testing of HT and LT motor.
Overhauling of LT motor.
Maintenance and testing of dry and oil type Transformer.
Knowledge of Motor Protection Relays REF615(ABB), Micom P242,P241(ARIVA),Micom,MM10,(L&T) .
Knowledge of System Application Process (SAP).
Winding & Condition Base Monitoring and Rectification of Motors.
Maintenance of 6.6 KV breakers, VCF and LT Breaker, Sfu Module.
Maintenance of Contactor, OLR, Delay Timer, Interposing Relay,MCB,MPCB,MCCB,RCCB & ELCB.
Erection and Commissioning of Chute Block Switch, ZSS, DE System.
Calibration & Servicing of Belt-Weigher of conveyors, Position Monitoring System of Travelling Tripper, Pressure Switch, Flow Switch and Temperature Switch.
Do handle Logical Control Operation through PLC and do analysis of troubles of all equipment’s.
Monitoring and maintenance of all Vibration Probe Sensors through Vibration Monitoring System.
Monitoring and maintenance of - Temperature/ Flow/ Level and Pressure measurement instruments, Control Valves, Actuators, ZSS Sensors, Pull-chord, Belt-sway, Brake Limit Switches, Proximity Sensors, Heavy Duty Limit Switches, Toggle Limit Switches, Local Stop and Start Push Buttons, Torque Limit Switches, ILMS, DMS,Metal Detector, Suspension Magnet, Ventilation Systems, Belt Rapture Unit.
Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Belt Conveyors, Stacker Cum Reclaimer, Wagon Tippler,Side Arm Charger, Paddle Feeder, HT and LT Motors, Sump Pumps, compressor. Preventive of RIO Panels.
Erection,Commission and Tasting of VF Drives (Siemens & Vacon) and LT Drives(L&T).
Maintenance of UPS, Battery Charger, Wet & Dry Type Battery Bank.
Knowledge of Electrical Drawing.
