May 2016 – Present: Analyst on Epic Team, Atlantic Health Systems, Morristown, NJ

oLead Systems Analyst: Surgical Module included in Enterprise Implementation. Participated in deep dives with customer community to document current workflows and translate into Epic workflows. Responsibilities include analysis, requirements writing, screen build, presentation with attendance of large groups including senior leadership. Integral to test plan authentication, testing, training, and supporting the application and its relationship to all Enterprise modules and interfaces. Worked with Senior Leadership to develop a new Service Model and apply it to all Clinical Applications. Educated Epic Implementation Team on Cherwell, AHS Ticketing System. Authored “At the Elbow Support Guides” for Procedural Areas: Surgical, Anesthesia, Radiology, Cardiology.
