Automating every sector of industry is an important step for increasing efficiency and reducing human related errors. In this project we illustrate the industrial product sorting process by using PLC (programmable logic controller). Also we have developed a low cost automatic sorting system for sorting the light weight objects according to the colour variation. The entire process is controlled by the program dumped in PLC.
Design and analysis of FRP composite bolted joints in space structures Aim of the project is to model the FRP composite bolted joint in CATIA V5 software and conduct stress analysis in ANSYS software. After the analysis it is concluded that CFRP has high strength and efficient when compared to other FRP materials. B. TECH MAIN PROJECT
Braking System of Go-Kart (Live project)
We have done our major project on Go-Kart. In this we have worked on Hydraulic Braking System of Go-Kart. The brake system design includes the single disc at rear axle to stop the vehicle .it is mounted in one third part position of the axle with opposing position of drive train sprocket hence enables the good balancing requirement. Study of efficiency of the boiler in thermal power plant. The project is based on the water cooled boilers which helps in power generation. In this we studied about the boilers thoroughly, calculated the efficiency of them and studied about the layout of thermal power plant. INDUSTRIAL TRANING
