Previously worked as Process Commissioning Engineer through Certification Engineers International Ltd in ONGC Petro additions Ltd(Cacker unit), Gujarat under the guidance of Engineers India Limited from Jan 2016 till Jan 2017.

Previously worked as Manager(Chemical) in Sodium Hydrosulphite Plant in Tamilnadu Chemical Products Limited, Karaikudi from June 2015 to Jan 2016.

Previously worked as Associate Manager in Sulphuric acid Plant in Sesa Sterlite Limited (a Vedanta group company) at Tuticorin Copper Smelting Plant from June 2008 to May 2014.

Process start-up and shutdowns adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP) ensuring safety of assets & personnel.

Adjusting, controlling & optimizing process variables & parameters within approved technical parameters for safe & smooth operations with optimum yield and product quality.

Managing plant emergencies like power & utility failures by ensuring emergency shutdown to avert hazards & product losses.

Monitoring of critical parameters and execution of daily jobs in coordination with inter departments.

Plant in charge for 5200MT/day capacity Sulphuric acid Plant and 700m3/day capacity ETP.

Handled utilities including cooling tower, aircoolers using DM water, WHRB.

Handled equipments such as Gas scrubbers, ESP, SO2 converter beds, absorption and drying packed towers, gas blowers, open reactors, clarifiers, filter press, drum filters.

Won ‘Team of the month’ award for successful commissioning of 1300m3/day Reverse Osmosis plant.

Was awarded ‘Best performing SPA member’ for 2013-2014 for my active participation in Confined Space Safety SPA(Single Point Authority).

Involved in the successful commissioning of additional Gas Cleaning Plant in Sulphuric acid plant.

Successfully completed the Continuous Improvement Project of Reduction in Raw water consumption in Sulphuric acid plant and won second place in presentation.

Initiated the project on increasing the availability of Reverse Osmosis plant and made it successful through the journey of Continuous Improvement Projects.
