KEY AND RESPONSIBILITY

SCADA Operation (Honeywell ) Evaporator & Spray dryer

Responsible for smooth operations of 30 Tons Spray dryer

Control MVR or TVR Evaporators to concentrate milk to specified density by evaporation.

Observe temperature, pressure and vacuum gauge reading adjusts pumps to conform to specifications.

Starts pump and drier and observes dials and gauges and adjusts controls to ensure that specified temperature and pressure are maintained

Scada operation of two stage dryer sets controls specified temperature and pressure in drier.

Monitored and reduced process and product related costs, in an efficient manner.

Prepared and maintained production checklist, reports and other related documents.

Inspected and tested all plant equipments and ensured their proper functioning.

Achieving the Quality & food safety norms.

Create awareness among contract & permanent workers by improving knowledge on ISO Audits & Basic Good Manufacturing Practices for the plant.

Plant CIP activities scheduling and CIP chemicals consumption optimisation done by implementing standard work in each section.

Project Name : Biological and Chemical Degradation of Sago mill effluent using

Bacillus megaterium and decolourisation by zinc nanoparticle and its

phyto toxicity study

Scope : we would like to treat the industrial waste using biological and chemical method to study the cost effective e method under study condition, and also to evaluate the use of Zinc nanoparticles to treat the effluent. We also tried the use of effluent for the irrigation purpose under lab scale.
