PROJECT DESCRIPTION: - The direct methanol fuel cell is an alternative candidate among all the fuel cells for portable power sources due to its compact structure, low emission, and easy re-fueling. The effect of methanol concentration on performance of fabricated passive DMFC is investigated experimentally.

In the charge of one Kiln (1 production unit).

Monitor the process parameters viz. Temperature and Pressure of the Kiln.

Attend the minor and major breakdowns of the Equipment.

Attend Periodical Preventive Maintenance of the Equipment.

Responsible for smooth production and quality assurance of the production.

Monitor smooth running of the conveyors, Feeders and Bag filters etc. to ensure continuous flow of Raw Material and the Product.

Attend the major shutdowns like Belt Change, Belt Patch, Idler replacement, Pulley replacement, Drive replacement etc.

Effective handling of the Emergency situations like Power Failure, Id Fan trip etc. and minimize the production loss.

Handling of manpower keeping an eye on the safety measures.
