I have had many achievements; the greatest achievement that has impacted Denver Public Schools and Aurora Public Schools, is the effort that I have made in nurturing the relationships that have been formed with the management team, internal/external stakeholders and team members.
Duties that I have performed are:
Successfully execute and supervise all Facility Manager duties while maintaining a school facility
Pro-actively followed District standards and procedures to ensure the cleanliness of a school facility
Familiar utilizing District approved chemicals to ensure the quality effectiveness of the product
Ability to perform minor electrical, plumbing, and grounds repair work on District equipment and assets
Performed security checks of the District facility to ensure that the building and occupants are in a safe environment
Maintain the school facility exterior including playgrounds, parking lots and grounds
Ability to communicate and supervise others on the importance of maintaining a healthy working environment for our customers and students
Submitting required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner
Maintain a strict budget when ordering supplies
Submit work order requests and warranty requests for the maintenance and upkeep of the building and equipment
