Profile: HSSE Coordinator/Officer, SPIR Maintenance project. Auditing the PTSW. Monitoring high risk activities. Daily, weekly and monthly reports. Coordinating client’s safety rules and regulations, Briefing the visitors to the site. Site safety inspection to control the violations. Responsibilities Handled

Reporting to HSSE Manager/lead and site manager.

Implement contractor HSSE Management Plan across the site to achieve Goal Zero.

Carry out periodic compliance review and the necessary follow up actions.

Reviewing documentation (permits, certificates, JHA, checklists, and procedures) to ensure that hazards and the associated controls and mitigations are adequately identified.

Site visits to perform random spot checks at a site that the control measures of the permits are adequately in place, are being correctly implemented and maintained during work execution

Randomly attending onsite Last minute risk assessments, Pre job discussions (toolbox talk) meetings) and provide coaching & recommend for in-house refreshment trainings as necessary.

Ensure full compliance with Shell Lifesaving Rules, Golden rules, Cape Life Saving Rules and Process Safety Fundamentals at all times.

Monthly compliance review of the HSSE training matrix, by working together with contractor training coordinator to coordinate HSSE training for all personnel to ensure no outstanding or potential overdue HSSE competencies at the site.

Monthly communication to management of site specific HSE initiatives.

Deliver in-house & refreshment trainings as required.

Advice and coach execution team to ensure clear communication to crews on relevant safety and environment targets and measures of success.

Development of HSSE audit plans as required
