To be a Drilling Supervisor carried on design of drilling engineering, design of case tube program, design and selection of drilling bit, design of hydraulic parameter; Design of drilling mud formula and program, design of drilling fluids properties and maintenance; Design of cement formula and program.

At the same time participate in the project of simplification of Well depth structure and raise drilling rate. The well depth structure was simplified from surface case tube, technical case tube and production case tube to surface case tube and production case tube. The drilling rate reduced from 60 days to 30 days in over 3000 meters drilling.

This time I designed and completed of 600 wells in drilling and completion engineering for three production region
