This was performed in accordance to Qatar construction specification and considering safety and prevention of accidents before and after work processes Project value:

Job Description

Report to Resident Engineer and was responsible to ensure the processes needed for Project QA/QC are established, implemented and maintained.

Ensured projects met regulatory compliance requirements as per Qatar construction specification 2014.

Receives and attends the inspection request, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance to specifications, inspection and Testing plan, Method statement and approved shop drawings.

Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved plans, project specifications or in accordance to international code and standards.

Coordinates with other inspectors on joint inspections.

Assists in taking-off of site measurements and checking of such measurements on site

Monitoring and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the approved materials submittal, plans and specifications.

Checking for waterproofing works, witness material sampling and laboratory testing, asphalt coring, reinstatements, back filling and landscaping works.

Ensure the QMS policy is communicated throughout the project and enable PWA to witness any defined Quality Control points

Job Description

Assists with the Quality Management System and the PQP - holds an advisory role.

Responsible for carrying out QA Audits against project / contract PQPs, and checking to ensure the QA processes and procedures are being followed

Implements an audit strategy

Ensure that records are established and maintained and there is a system in place for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of such records

Ensure the QMS policy is communicated throughout the project and enable PWA to witness any defined Quality Control points

Monitored the design, manufacturing and construction activities and quality of the Works periodically.

Plan and implement internal quality audits

Job Description:

o Reports directly to the Section Engineer/Senior Engineer of day-to-day activities.

• Responsible for the proper implementation/execution of all related task in particular, assigned scope of works to all manpower present on daily basis.

• Implement the total quality, safety and productivity of the project.

• Responsible for Quality Control Tests such as slump test, Field density test, Nuclear density test, compaction test, California bearing ratio (C.B.R) test, sieve analysis test, plastic and liquid limit tests, Aggregate impact test, Aggregate Crushing Test, Specific gravity test, Marshal test, Extraction test, Asphaltic Methodical Theoretical Density test, Concrete cube crushing test, Pile load test on Bridges.
