Service Coordinator
Ensure the preparation of equipment hire in compliance with Aggreko Procedures.
Distribute the technicians as per the planned schedule for Preventive maintenance, Yard work in conjunction with the Service Manager/ Service Team leader.
Ensure general housekeeping of the ERP System (Citrix) via the use of Aggreko Business Intelligence, Movex and Power pack reports.
Maintain all records pertaining to breakdowns, equipment status, and service hours.
Compile Site reports, shift reports logs and associated documentation collected from the service technicians.
Compile and collect monthly figures for the depot’s service department and forward to the Service Manager.
Record and action responses to service calls in the absence of service technicians.
Ensure cable deliveries and returns are weighed, measured and check that they tally in contract/agreement files, check all equipment and ancilliaries returned against delivery amounts in coordination with the Hire Desk Controllers.
Ensure all information on hire suspension and chargeable service calls are relayed to the Hire desk controller.
Handles petty cash of the depot. Issuing cash vouchers, advances for depot’s daily operations. Accounts and make cash report periodically in conjunction with the Aggreko finance requirements and rules.
Actively committed and accountable for compliance to the Aggreko Health and Safety and Environmental Policies, operating procedures and compliance to local legislation including external and internal audits. Reports risks observed in the area of jurisdiction and actively find ways to mitigate and prevent potential hazards.
Any other duties considered related and or essential for effective operations and service as requested.

Assigned as the official safety representative of Aggreko on site that will coordinate, monitor and assures that Aggreko safety policies and practices were implemented incongruence with the HSE policy and regulations of TCA-JV client.
Report risks and incidents observed and happened on site and come up with corrective actions as per the QSHE site recommendations and with Aggreko’s safety practices.
Attends safety meetings and safety walks/ inspections as required by the client.
Update, monitor, submit and keep pertinent safety records and documentations required by the client. E.g. Risks/Observation reports, Incident/Accident reports Firefighting equipment records, Hazardous Chemical register inventory, Safety training records of the employees etc.
Regularly monitors 8 Aggreko sites within the Airport compound and reports any potential hazards or risks.
Conducts regular QSHE Monthly meetings, tool box talks and Job Safety Task Information (JSTI) orientation for the Aggreko employees in compliance to the Aggreko and Client’s QSHE regulations.
Promptly close and rectify any reported negative observations and notices found by the client’s HSE officers and inspectors. Reports closure of HSE notices as per clients procedures.
Coordinates with the client’s Safety and Training department in keeping the trainings of the Aggreko team up to date.
Conduct site audits as required by the client and Aggreko.
Acts as an administrator and logistics coordinator on site.

Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of all canopy and containerized gensets (from 30kVA-1500kVA) in the depot. Has working knowledge on engines like Cummins, Iveco, Perkins, Scania, Volvo and Komatsu.
Performs B-service (engine tune-ups) on generator engines of 30 – 1250kVA (KTA50G3s and QSK45’s Cummins Engines).
Performs Health Checks and Load Testing/Capacity tests.
Has working knowledge on synchronizing operations of GEMPAC, SAKR and Deep Sea controlled gensets.
Assigned as site engineer in Palm Jumeirah on a 30MW Palm District Cooling project, 20MW Altlantis Hotel & Water Park Power package and 10MW Power Package for Al Naboodah Labor Camp and Construction sites.
Assigned in naval and military facilities on commissioning and watch-keeping of Aggreko generators for both American and British naval bases in Dubai.
Assigned on Offshore servicing of 2.5MW power package of Dubai Petroleum’s, Falah-B Oil platform. Has a BOSEIT (Basic Offshore Safety and Emergency Induction Training) Training and Dubai Petroleum Offshore Induction Training.
Delegated as a Yard-in-Charge for assisting the service manager in the yard operations and movement of off-hire and for-hire generators and equipment in the depot. Prepares schedule of repairs and turn-around of off-hired equipment to become ready for hire. Ensures that safety regulations and safe working environment are maintained in the depot and for every personnel working within it.
Assigned in HFO (Heavy Fuel Oil) 12.5MW Power Project in JK Cement, Ras Al Khaimah UAE. Performs maintenance and repairs needed for specially engineered 1250kVA KTA-50G3+ Cummins engines running in HFO and diesel fuels. Maintains the plant and all the mechanical equipment within it.
