InfoPro is a fully integrated system that provides the information base necessary to operate Republic Services’ commercial, industrial, and residential solid waste and recycling business. The information that is entered into the Customer Service Agreement (CSA) generates the container delivery, routing, billing, sales activity and accounts receivable information. Daily dispatch is performed through InfoPro and generates service billing details and operational productivity information. The Customer Service module within InfoPro categorizes and tracks all communication, whether initiated by the customer, driver, collections or sales. All customer data is maintained solely within InfoPro, with revenue data being automatically transferred to the GL system.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project: Container Refresh National Wide Rollout

The national rollout of the Container Refresh requires participation at the container group level. This means a customer can be enrolled and charged for one container group but not another. The new participation banner provides information on which groups are participating and also the exchange activity within each group.

Project: Service Protection Plan/ Container Exchange Plan/ Reason Code

Container Exchange Plan and Service Protection Plan (SPP) is applicable for Commercial customer where the customers are issued a $9 monthly recurring and Service Guarantee Credit of $30 if eligible. Customers will be enrolled to this plan through a mass upload program, which is the phase one requirement for this project. By using this mass upload tool, the end user will upload a bunch of customers who are interested in this plan with the a new charge code BCE/BSP.

Project: Speed _CRC

In an effort to increase visibility to adjustments impacting revenue, effective October 1st RSI will be implementing an Infopro enhancement that will require users to enter a reason code from a defined list. This new reason code will need to be entered when keying a manual credit, an adjustment to the to-be-invoiced (TBI) file, or a Write-off. This enhancement will impact those who request and/or key any credits or write-offs into Infopro.

Screens are designed to search and bring back all "similar" bond numbers for an entered bond number. Also to display the list of New Bond numbers for an entered old bond number and bring list for similar old bond number. Based on user selection retrieve New bond numbers in required database files.

Module 3: Agent Writer – Product Insurance Domain July’11- April 12

Agent Writer is a Rate/Quote application for the Property and Causality line of the Insurance business. It is supporting policy processing transactions like application data capture, qualification and quote management.

It enables continuous improvements and changes in the underwriting process with the new Rules Engine – a flexible and adaptable rules engine. AgentWriter includes dashboards with single sign-on capability for multiple functionalities i.e., the agency, underwriter, administrator, etc.

This is All Lines Rating which is the tool used to rate the policy. This would include the premium and loss reporting.

ALR is our new module which we are working. This is All Lines Rating which is the tool used to rate the policy. In this process we will rate the policy based on the client specified company hierarchy, Line of Business, state, coverage’s and rating statistics. This process involves designing the screens (panels) using the (VP/MS) Designer Builder tool. These screens to be updated in the POINT IN system in which JSP code will be generated automatically in the backend.
