Career Objective

To pursue a challenging career and be a part of a progressive organization that gives scope to enhance my knowledge and utilizing my skills towards the growth of the organization. Projects

1. ECO FRIENDLY WELDING BY HYDROGEN FUEL CELL 05/09/2017-15/03/2018 Most of the countries are doing research in the development of renewable sources of energy to replace the fossil fuel as it is lacking day by day. So there in this project we are going to discuss about the use of hydrogen fuel cell for welding torch. As most of the welding is done either by the gas (Acetylene) or by electricity directly. This paper shows the use of an electrolysis process in which water splits into hydrogen and oxygen when electricity is supplied to it, which is further used as a flame for welding. In addition to hydrogen cell we had design and fabricate various safety devices specially made for hydrogen.

2. PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF DIESEL ENGINE WITH ADDITION OF HYDROGEN 24/09/2018-30/02/2019 The unburnt hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxide (NOx), sulfur oxide (SO2), etc present in the vehicle emission plays a major role in air pollution. Hydrogen is one of the alternate fuels under current research. In this project, a hydrogen dry cell is fabricated to produce the hydrogen. The hydrogen is added into the air intake system of a 4 stroke diesel engine. The performance evaluation and emission test are carried out. The test result indicates considerable improvement in the performance of a diesel engine. There is a significant reduction in the emission of CO, CO2, NOx, HC, and an increase in the amount of oxygen 3. FLY WHEEL BASED REGENERATIVE ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 03/12/2015-05/03/2016 Energy storage systems (ESS) provide a means for improving the efficiency of electrical systems when there are imbalances between supply and demand. Additionally, they are a key element for improving the stability and quality of electrical networks. They add flexibility into the electrical system by mitigating the supply intermittency, recently made worse by an increased penetration of renewable generation. Flywheels have attributes of a high cycle life, long operational life, high round-trip efficiency, high power density, low environmental impact, and can store megajoule (MJ) levels of energy with no upper limit when configured in banks. 4. FASTEST LINE FOLLOWER for Robot club 02/07/2018-05/09/2018 Line follower robot is a mobile machine that can detect and follows the line drawn on the floor by the 16 IR array sensor and Raspberry Pi 3 processer. Designed and fabricated a sleek and weightless chassis by using 3D printer. Conference Paper
