Project scope : Project Management Consultant.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Establishing QA/QC system which will ensure that the self-certification is enhanced and supported throughout the project life-cycle.

Monitor and supervise whether the installations is carried out for all the MEP works in accordance with Approved Drawings, Method Statement, PQP, project specification and regulations.

Managing and leading the QC team for overall site activities and inspections.

Reviewing Method Statements, ITPs and ensuring that the QC components are identified and addressed in associated ITPs.

Responsible for attending the inspections as per the scheduled IREs raised by contractors for all the hvac ( VRF SYSTEM and Heat recovery units) installation, testing & commissioning, ensuring conformance with the approved shop drawings, method statement, project specification, local authority regulations and relevant codes and standards.

Planning / organizing and checking of work progress & schedules to meet the deadlines/target dates & implementing QA/QC plans.

To check the field welds & consumables comply with project qualifications.

To check all repairs are perform correctly & non destructive tests are regularly repeated.
