BE FINAL YEAR PROJECT: (‘‘DESIGN, ANALYSIS AND FABRICATION OF COMPOSITE

DISC BRAKE”)

●The project is based on Design, Analysis and Fabrication of composite disc brake by considering the outer and inner diameter of rotors to be same and change in thickness of materials.

●Design calculations are being carried on cast iron disc in order to find the clamping force and brake torque, these values are used as input for performing structural and thermal analysis on rotors of cast iron and carbon epoxy.

●Modeling and analysis of rotors are done using Solid Works software.

ISIE- INDIAN KARTING 2014-15:

●National event conducted by Imperial society of innovation engineers. The main Objective was to design, fabricate and analyze a passenger racing kart. The event was held at Kari motors speedway, Coimbatore (Tamilnadu).

●Represented as head of Transmission team and worked on behalf of Fabrication team.
