Maintained On Time Delivery rating more than 90% against customer schedule and internal delivery date, driving root cause analysis to improve OTD efficiency with cross functional teams.

Executed daily Shop Order Reporting and work with Procurement, Quality and Manufacturing to ensure accuracy of Shop Order Balances and close orders after quantities are moved to the warehouse to less than 3 days.
