Responsible for Witness & Inspection for the installation and functional testing(SAT) of Instrumentation and Control System, Electrical Testing for HV& LV Switch Gears, Emergency Shutdown System, Fire and Gas & Fire alarm System.
Issue None Conformance Report for all none compliance items being observed and monitored.
Prior for inspection with the client, ensure all related documents are approved, complete and the site is ready for inspection.
Ensure all activities fully comply with the scope & specifications of project requirements.
Performed Internal inspection and liaised with concerned personnel for any non conformance. 4
Ensure all the materials & equipment’s being used and installed at site are all accepted and approved by material receiving inspection.
Liaise with the client counterpart regarding issues of the field implementation of electrical, control and instrumentation activities.
Conduct a meeting with the subcontractor and discussed all QC matters, site implementation and proper documentation.
Generate punch listings for outstanding installation works and testing related activities.
