Reimagining dam Gujarat 2018

Project Brief:

The project contains a road stretch with monument replicas to enhance the historical significance of the location. the project also contains a luxurious hotel with a water theme park. Road / Monument:

The overall 20km stretch of dam is divided into five part. Each part contains a replica of historical monument. The whole stretch contains four road lanes with a metro track. It also has parking facilities, foot over bridge with viewpoints, shops, cycle track and refreshment areas.

Hotel:

The hotel contains 56 rooms with four different typologies, Restaurants (indoor and outdoor), Ballroom, Play room, Spa, Gym and a Water Park.
