THE CORNICHE TOWER (54 Story), Jeddah

JCT is a Residential and Commercial Apartments Building in Jeddah. There are 2 towers East and West, connected with 2 podium structure (6 Story). For towers Outrigger system is used.

• In this Project I was a part of team to make corrections in Etabs model with new GA and Designing of tower Beams.

• I was also involved in designing of podium structure slabs, columns and beams.

• Also I have prepared RC intents for columns. Prepared beam schedule for the same.

• Etabs, Prokon and ACI Builder software was used for the column and beam design. ACI & SBC code is used for the same.

2016

DUBAI MARINA (52 Story & 38 Story), Dubai

Dubai marina is a Residential and Commercial Apartments Building in Dubai. In this project 2 towers connected with 1 central podium (5 story) structure.

• In this Project I have model 2 towers (G+52 & G+38) in Etabs for the 50% detail design stage.

• I have also modeled raft foundation with piles and podium slabs in SAFE software. ACI & SBC code is used for the same.

2015

RATAMO (Hospital Building) (4 Story), Finland

Ratamo is a Hospital Building in Finland.

• In this Project I have designed Pilecap foundation and floor slabs in SAFE Software.

• Prepared RC intents for the same. Euro code is used for the same. 2015

AL Rayyan Stadium and Precinct, UK

Al Rayyan Stadium is a Football Stadium in Qatar. There are total 6 levels including basement.

• I have designed stadium slabs in SAFE software.

• Design of Al Rayyan Masjid slab was also in the scope of this project.

• I have also calculated reinforcement quantity for all the slab and beams. Euro code is used for the same.

2015 - 2016

MOI-HRH Building (B+ 5 Story), 2 Service Buildings, 3 UG Water Tanks, Jeddah MOI is a Ministry Building in Jeddah. In this project different types of structures to be design like 5 story building, 2 story service buildings, 3 UG water tank structures, and Man hole chambers.

• In this Project I was a part of team to prepare Etabs model, SAFE models, Design Calculations, and Design reports.

• I have designed different foundations, walls, columns, beams, and slabs.

• Also I have prepared RC intents for slabs, foundation, walls and columns. Prepared beam schedule for the same.

• Prokon and TEDDs software was used for the beam design. SAFE software used for slab and foundation design. Etabs software is used for wall and column design.

• Also checked shop drawings prepared by contractor. ACI & SBC code is used for the same. 2015 - 2016

KFSH, Jeddah

KFSH is a King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre in Jeddah.

• In this project I have done Peer design review of 7 buildings.

• Prepared Etabs and SAFE models for all buildings and checking all components of the buildings.

• I have also prepared review reports and provided appropriate solutions. ACI & SBC code is used for the same.

2015

Manchester Smart Motorways Existing Gantry Assessment (Phase 3), UK In this project I have done 5 RCC Traffic Signal Gantry, analysis is done in Staad Pro software using the new arrangement and new loads of equipment. For this I have done capacity check for the existing sections of the gantry in Oasys software. Also checked the existing foundation with the new loadings.BS code is used for the same.

2013-2014 (INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT)

RAPID METRO RAIL

IL&FS, Gurgaon, India

As a design engineer, I was part of substructure design for Rapid Metro Rail Gurgaon client of IL&FS. The work includes analysis in Staad Pro software and design of Piers (Minimum 9m and Maximum 26m in height), Pilecaps (Minimum 3 and Maximum 12 in group of piles) & also done utility related pilecaps and design of Piles in Oasys software and using Excel sheets. I have also checked and approved the substructure related drawings.

I have also done analysis and design of 2 leg and 3 leg Portal frames to connect main alignment of the viaduct to depot alignment of the viaduct of this metro. IRS and IRC code is used for the same. 2012

ETERNITY BUILDING (22 Story), Mumbai

RAHEJA UNIVERSAL LTD, India

I have done modeling of this building in Etabs software with applying all loads and load combinations. I have checked service conditions and the capacity of all piers. I have also done design of raft foundation in SAFE software. Indian code is used for the same. 2013-2014
