Customer Service, multi-line phone system, greeting and signing in visitors on campus. Maintaining books, check in and out campus radios and vehicles. Oversee transportation schedules and driver’s assignments, Track radios, vehicles and cell usage. Maintain awareness of resident’s placement on and off campus at all times, tracking of students attendance in “on grounds” school, daily meal count of all residents on campus for kitchen.
