I constantly took up projects in Planning, Quality Control and People Development. I was in-charge of Project management, savings calculations and first-level validation, planning of project against the losses that may occur due to customized order completion in the plant every month.OEE calculation, equipment installation and KPI tracking were a part of my daily routine.I was responsible for the coordination of quality issues in the plant with the Central team of saint gobain in France.I also managed the team comprising of nominated members for process loss reduction from various parts of the production line and regularly held meetings and recorded, plotted, analysed and presented the losses in the management meetings every month.
I have successfully coordinated 11 Major Kaizens and 12 Standard kaizens besides 5 quick kaizens in the period of 1 year.
I also handled the CRTF (Cost Reduction Task Force) validation and target assigning to the production to achieve the necessary savings.
I am certified on Quality and Process control (Green Belt) by Saint Gobain and EFESO, I handle project management, Kaizens on Low cost automation, implementation of Poka-Yoke, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, OEE calculation and management.
I have also been trained on handling Autonomous Maintenance projects in the equipments in the plant.
I was an active participant in the initiation of the Frame Fabrication Line in Saint Gobain in all fields including meetings with the OEMs, market analysis for equipment purchase and product selling and also in production.
I am responsible for communicating and resolving issues with regard to issues in the Digital Performance Control Systems and OEE with the Central team of Saint Gobain in France.
I am also actively associated with Confederation of Indian Industries(CII) and Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) in coordinating the projects, trainings, workshops and similar events.
I am assigned to fix the audit comments in terms of Value added activities, Cost saving and maintaining industrial standards in the shop floor and safety.
I also train the employees on standards in the industry, I create the training material in terms of videos and SOPs.
I have also been trained on People Development Pillar (PED) by EFESO and Saint Gobain.
