Handle Job Safety Analysis to ensure completeness of resources, including information, tools, and material needed by staff to complete assigned tasks safely

Implemented hydrostatic tests on systems to ensure they will function under the designed pressures and temperatures.

Installation of interlocking device in PSV and other special components related MC walk down punch. .

Check and reviews from time to time the construction drawing versus actual prevailing conditions on site, analyses actual site conditions and come up with possible solutions.

Coordinates with the equipment vendor to assure that all installation method and sequence has been followed as per the procedure.

Checks material quantity, tools, and equipment upon delivery and prepares inspection request and seeks approval from the QA/QC prior to installation.

Represent the discipline for frequent review and update meetings with the client to attend to any concerns and also to give an update on the development of work as scheduled.

Fabricate the spools required for site as per the required modification

Prepare installation procedures, checklist by referring drawings.

Prepare fabrication/machining drawing & execute the same at in-situ condition.

Execute mock-up erection activity & ascertain the procedure for actual job.

Carry out assembling of component/machined parts for reactor equipment.

Carry out fabrication structure & assembling part inspection.

Carried out dimension inspection for machined components.
