Job Profile:

Get approved HVAC drawings, work method statement, and projects specification from project engineer/manager.

Ensure the centrifugal fan, HVAC duct and all accessories are available and approved by inspection department and prior to the installation.

Ensure sufficient hand tool, Power tool, ladder and scaffolding etc. are available for the installation.

Coordination with other disciplines & Ensure site clearance is available to start the activities.

Arrange the sufficient man power such as supervisor, foreman, duct fabricator, fitter, welder and helpers/assistant etc, and ensure all of them attend safety orientation and having proper PPE’s prior start installation activities at site.

Closely monitor site activities and get daily progress report and update to project engineer/manager.

Preparing relevant documents to conduct inspection for completed installation activities, inspection and test plan (ITP) followed by checklist.

Assist the commissioning team on testing, adjusting, balancing and all commissioning stages of all HVAC equipments.

Assist the supervisor preparation of final test report, as built drawing, maintenance manual and handling over the project to the client.
