Detail study of project quality control requirements.

Familiarization of various international construction code, standards and regulations.

Material procurement, Material handling, to the end process towards Quality Management system.

Design of database management system for project inspection activities tracking system.

Checking and Review of Isometrics, GA Drawing, P&ID to confirm the consistency to smooth flow of work.

Review of piping material specifications as per the project requirements.

Incoming material inspection and Manufacturer Material test certificates review for all the materials related to piping, structures and Valves,.

Witness of Procedure Qualification, Non-Destructive Testing and Records preparation.

Conducting Quality Control training for various job activities to workers and supervisors.

Co-ordination with clients for Material receiving Inspections, Weld visual inspection, welder qualification test, Hydro test etc.

Monitoring Welders performance throughout the project.

Monitoring Welders and Welding process Quality by Parameters and practice checks

Preparing, reviewing hydro test packages for equipments, piping.

Punch List preparation and verification of punch point completion

Preparation of Test Package and Final Handing over Dossier.

Preparing & maintaining records, documents as per Quality Management System requirements.
