AREA OF INTEREST:
My area of interest is Human Resource Management. In my view, Human are the powerfull resource in every organisation. Learning the human behaviour, undersatnding the human attitudes hepls me to manage them easily. Since Human are the asset of every organisation, it is necessary to know how to manage them and also have concern in guiding them towards their acheivements. DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE:
I have knowledge on Recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection; exit interviews; recommends changes.
Also I have practice in preparing the employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
As an HR manager, I also have knowledge on Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees. I ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
I work in maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
I am good in maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. Completing human resources operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
