• Studied keratin 1, 5, and 6 expression in normal and malignant mammary glands of transgenic mice using immunohistochemical analysis. This was done at all stages of mammary tumorogenesis in order to study the keratinization caused by each transgene. Performed STAT 5a and 5b isolation in mammary tissue using western blot, and mice genotyping using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR).
