Responsible for the general administration of the Engineering Division including proper maintenance and repair of all buildings, fixtures, fittings, and equipment as technical improvements, preventive maintenance and utilities consumption control. Organizing & managing In-house projects through PMP –implementation. Key Areas

Plans, designs and implements minor projects/renovations, to improve the plant efficiency enhance product or reduce other operating and maintenance costs. Plans and implements a preventive maintenance for all equipment in the hotel.

Energy Conservations: Installation of the VFD Panels for the Water Transfer Pumps resulted in no water leaks in main water transfer lines. Installation of 13 No. FM-200 systems for Electrical Switchgears & Transformer room. Elevators main ropes replacement for 9 Elevators. 2.
