Responsible for the general administration of the Engineering Division including proper maintenance and repair of all buildings, fixtures, fittings, and equipment as technical improvements, preventive maintenance and utilities consumption control. Organizing & managing In-house projects through PMP –implementation. Key Areas

Plans, designs and implements minor projects/renovations, to improve the plant efficiency enhance product or reduce other operating and maintenance costs. Plans and implements a preventive maintenance for all equipment in the hotel.

Develop, implement and direct all Emergency Programs; ensure all equipment is maintained, conduct inspections and drills, ensure compliance with all codes and regulations, train all employees and maintain accurate records to ensure a safe environment which protects the asset, guests and employees.

Energy Conservations: Installation of the VFD Panels for the Water Transfer Pumps resulted in no water leaks in main water transfer lines. LED lamps replacement for the hotel in different phases carried out to reduce the Carbon Foot Prints & sustainability projects. Green Engage Level-4 Certification (Highest Level) achieved.

Statutory/License: Successfully obtained the Civil Defense License for the Hotel twice by fulfilling all the requirements, which included extensive testing and modifications of the system in order to meet the local authorities’ requirements. 3

Making the list of specifications of all equipment, checked the same & modified the system as per requirement with project team. Developing log books, work order formats and implementing in principle.

MEP Services Improvements: Replacement of the Main Switchgears for the LV Panel successfully, Replacement of 9 AHU (Air Handling Units), complete replacement of Fire Alarm system including the wiring & repeater panels. Installation of 13 No. FM-200 systems for Electrical Switchgears & Transformer room. Elevators main ropes replacement for 9 Elevators. 2.
