Project Coordinator- Houston TX/ Ciudad del Carmen, Mexico Client: Pemex (August 2013-January 2015)

A project coordinator ensuring all activities and responsibilities were carried out according to schedule

• Responsible for job planning with Engineers and offshore crews

• Executing timelines and eliminating budget constraints

• Planning logistics for crews including accommodations, meals, daily plans, etc.

• Coordinate with various vendors regarding on schedule deliveries for boat departures

• Ensure team alliance and continuity of projects by supervising a crew of up to 25 people

Client: CDI (November 2012-June 2013)

• Managed Inventory Diving Saturation System for shipment to Singapore

• Interacted with different shipping agents in regards to coordinating the movement of the Saturation Diving System to Singapore

• Supervised loading of the complete system from shore base to marine vessel
