Project Area: Engine Assembly (RENAULT NISSAN AUTOMOTIVE INDIA PVT LTD) Project Title: Increase of engine assembly efficiency by reducing the concerns Project Description: This project is to study and understand the engine assembly line at Powertrain and suggest methods to reduce cylinder head nut runner torque NG and to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).

After obtaining a good grasp on the processes involved in cylinder head nut runner torque station. The concern possibilities in cylinder head nut runner station were noted multiple times and the concerns in the station were listed out. The solution of the concern in the station was suggested even minor variation in the process. The suggesting ideas should never be more complicated and never be expensive. The project focuses on the cylinder head nut runner torque NG in engine assembly line and any measures that concerns can be taken out so that the torque NG will be reduce and OEE will be improved. Mini Project:

Project Title: Design and fabrication of modern agricultural equipment Project Description: This project deals with the fabrication of modern agricultural equipment. The aim of this project work is to make affordable agricultural equipment which can be used for ploughing of soil, sowing of seed, watering simultaneously and also to keep the machine compact. This machine can be used in small area of land and kitchen garden for cultivation of small plants and herbs. It is a manual equipment.
