Our organization was first setup with the purpose of machining a range of differential case housing for small cars as well as soft machining projects. This unit was established for offering bevel gears coupling flange gear blanks & rare differential housing for car segments. All the forged material for this activity is supplied by Ms. Sona Okegawa Precision Forging Ltd. (Manufacturer of Bevel Gears and Case Differential Housing) with technical collaboration from leading organization like Mitsubishi Japan. However the machines commonly used to perform the machining operations on bevel gears and case differential such as CNC Turning Center Gear Deburring SPM Drilling and Vertical Broaching are owned and manufactured by Tasa. Responsibilities
Verify that all quality activities are in accordance with codes and standards. Checking incoming and outgoing materials
Checking final line with vernier caliper, Height gauge, Air gauge, Micrometer. Responsible for preparing Quality plan that supports the project and clients, requirements on quality assurance and quality control.
Ensure that Qc inspection work proceeds in accordance with project quality plan, control procedures, and inspection .
