Mop-up team leader: appointing and forming a team that will mop up and do corrections on the initial CSOs field work.

He compiled weekly reports and presented them to project coordinators, achieved given targets in record time and maintained smooth office operations with good quality results under no direct leadership.

Formed part of team of three (3) coordinators to administer the remaining 35% of the remaining parcels of the 46000 parcels overall target outside the primary designated area. I was part of the team responsible for job creation of 42 agents inclusive of legal advisers, data collectors, claimant support officers and public outreach team of which we all trained from all aspects of the project and successively obtained required results in limited time span.

Quality coordinator (QC): Data capturing assistance, monitoring four (4) CSO’s work, mapping their data on the map, assessing the quality of their data and cleaning where necessary.

Engaging in progress and efficiency meetings, where innovative ideas were brainstormed and as the QC I had responsibility of their execution. Dispute resolutions.

Public outreach team-member: We were the team that was responsible of introducing the lease idea to the public through village public gatherings and highlighting the public with all necessary documents and legal aspects of land authority and lease entitlement. We also engaged in planning the landscape layout of the villages based on the LAA regulations that govern and restrict issuance of leases.

Lease officer: Mapping all the data we collected, printing the leases, amending and packaging the leases and distributing them. Collection of stamp duties collection, releasing and getting the leases to their rightful owners.
