Over the years of experience in industry and teaching. I believe, I have acquired a precise skill of managing people and getting work done in time.

The initial period of my career as a Technical recruiter and financial manager gave me the experience and knowledge of handling and analyzing people and managing financial factor for an organization’s upliftment. After some period I have shifted my career to teaching, my previous experience helped a lot in molding young talents over there.

I have got 5 years’ experience in teaching, I have acquired skills in research also, which fruited to 6 research publications in referred journals and worked in consultancy projects also. I have a total experience of 4.6 years in teaching management students. I have acquired Doctorate degree in management studies from Anna university, Chennai in the year 2017

The academic tasks include Coordinating with faculty to prepare the session’s schedule, study material, evaluation, and communicate the same to the students. Worked as NAAC Co-ordinator during the NAAC visit in SMIT Chennai, 2016 -2017. Procurement and distribution of study material, course outline and other material. Communicate information about assignments, projects, and end term projects. Follow up with exam cell and university regarding examination schedule, exam fees etc. Ensuring the performance of students in Action Based Learning and follow up actions. Conducting class committee meeting, Result analysis, Coordinating with Placement cell and arranged Industrial Visits
