Currently Working Experience:
Quality Assurance Engineer in Prakash Techno Plast India Private Limited,Hosur from Nov 2017 to till date.
Role’s and Responsibility:
Performing inspection of moulded and finished components.
Preparing the setup approval report by process validation sheet with matching machine running conditions during Every Mould Changing time.
Preparing the inprocess inspection report & SPC for Critical Dimension’s of part in hourly basis.
Updating the In-House Quality & Production releated Activities in ERP Software.
Maintaining the QC Documents like Daily Maintenance Check list,Moulding Work Instructions,Process Validation Report,Drawing,Setup Approval & Inprocess Inspection Report.
Preparing the documents of WI,SOP,QA and VOC for the new components.
Maintaining the In-house rejection register,calculate the PPM on Daily basis and update in PPM Trend chart.
Conducting Red bin Analysis Meeting for In-house High rejection Parts and Final area rejection parts and prepare action report to be closed.

Preparing the Rejection analysis data and present to MRM meeting on monthly basis.

Knowledge of COPQ and APQP Documents.

Incoming inspection of Raw materials,Inprocess, Patrol and Final inspection of injection moulded components like L&T(MCB Housing),SL Lumax Components like Reflectors and ABB Components like Low & High Voltage Products.
Preparation of Injection Moulding Component documents like Moulding Approval Report,Inprocess and Final inspection Control plan, Inprocess & Final Inspection Dimensional Report, Rejection % Analysis Report& Aging Report.
Preparation of Work Instructions for Moulded and Packing Components.Preparation of Operator checklist for Moulded Components.

During this period, I was involved in the inspection and manufacturing of Boiler products like fin plate and fusion welded panels, pipe links, pipe bends and pipe with attachments.
Gained in various quality control activities like identification of different types of raw materials, in-process inspection of boiler piping and down comers, marking inspection of pipes, and welding, marking, fitup and final inspection clearance of panels.
Ensure the Product Quality as per Quality Plan and Standard Inspection and Testing Procedures. Which are based on ASME and IBR.
Basic conversant with various Non-Destructive Test Methods like PT,MT, RT and UT.
