Currently working as a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with Four Years of experience at Missile Systems Quality Assurance Agency (MSQAA) c/o Bharat Dynamics Limited, Hyderabad as a solution oriented and seasoned professional with proven expertise in field of Electronics and Electrical sub-assemblies Inspection, Testing, Product Qualifications, and Product Acceptance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspecting the product or subsystem of missile with reference to technical quality documents like TSQD, QAP as per standards and Designer, Project instructions.

Ensuring the system to work functionally from the scratch stage to the final dispatch stage.

Involving stage by stage level inspection of different subsystems of missile.

Actively participating in the Static Proof Firing for the selected quantity and ensuring its functionality.

Validating the testing equipment’s referring to the calibration reports.

Verifying the documents of missile sub systems before and after the inspection to interpret the system functionality accordingly.

Successfully resolved failure analysis process and investigation process as per Failure Analysis Board (FAB) instructions.

Productively planned and performed the Reliability Testing activities like Endurance, Vibration, Thermal Shock and Thermal Cycling.

Active participation during root cause analysis of internal production line failures.

Strong understanding of quality methodology and processes.

Ensuring that product packaging is not damaged or defective in any way.

Making sure that all staff adhere to the company's Quality Management System procedures and work instructions.
