Restructured the total Supply Chain organization of URC BCFG to support the strategy of the organization to be customer-centric by building the Sales Logistics Accounts Management and Central Distribution Tower Teams.

Co-designed and implemented the Engineering Excellence Training Series as part of the functional development of engineers in TI Philippines. The EX Training Series was composed of the 4-module Test Methodologies, 7QC Tools, Spotfire Training, Basic SQL, and 3-Module Problem Solving Excellence.

Designed and launched the E-Tools for TI Philippines. The site is an online repository of references in partnership with technical journals that might be helpful for TI Engineers.

Updated the HR Philippines website to allow employees to fully utilize the system with ease.

Rolled out the worldwide solutions focused on new college graduates, leadership and management and, the performance management process.

Led the HR ISO/TS16949 presentation in ISO/TS audits, internal audits, and customer audits.
