RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform administrative tasks based on set procedures, establishment and maintenance of filing systems, categorizing and maintaining manuals, manage and co-ordinate client/supplier needs and other source data:

Grounding Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of concerned premises. Solicitation of requisite documents from client for online attestation of AMC like Location map, Affection Plan, Tenancy contract or Passport copy, mandatory requirement: Annual Fire Safety certificate in case of hotels or by any related mutually supporting agreements under exceptional cases.

Dubai civil defense inspection scheduling for AMC attestation in synchronization with PRO. Generate quotations based on PPM report, Callout report, Fitout Inspection report and Third party inspection comments.

Assisting PRO for preparing No-Modification Certificate/ attestation of Supply and Installation certificate for clearance of Fitout inspections conducted by Dubai Civil Defence.

Create reconciliation reports at the end of each month to support division/department: On time reporting of consolidated files depicting the status of approved AMC, Variable, Fitout and Project quotations to M/s Operations and Accounts Dept. Update M/s Account team once the imbursement for the Fitout jobs are ready for collection for further work progress.

Respond to complaints and requests for information and assistance, interpret and explain procedures and policies pertaining to internal inquiries for management, client and staff: Maintain complete and accurate computerized records/ files of follow-up for all quotations send in accordance with PPM service conducted on quarterly/semi-annually and on annual basis. Follow-up for Fitout jobs pending payment in coordination with M/s Accounts team. Requesting supplier for issuance of supply and warranty certificate corresponding to the Fitout job conducted.

Drafting company memo with respect to holidays/warning letters/announcement etc.

Be the first point of contact for all administrative com coordinator services: Client coordination on site technical issues / work schedule and checklist. Handled secretarial responsibilities to one of the Managing Director. Coordinate periodic inspection of electricity and water provided at facilities to ensure that they are functioning properly.

Assistance during student personnel training: Department orientation. Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience. RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Control Activities on manufacturing line [LPG Cooking Range division]: Checklist verification for external quality assurance of product. Identifying manufacturing defects and reporting the same to higher authority. Visual inspection of bubble leak/flame test conducted. Assure improved product quality, manufacturing flow & customer satisfaction by inspecting 10/500 number of total production of each model.

Quality Control Activities as a lab engineer:

Perpetuate Lab ambiance as per ISO 9001:2008.

Economical testing by on time filling of cylinders with air instead of LPG at a pressure of 30gf/cm2 - the same is verified using manometer.

Reliability testing of new development -K series stove on research environment by conducting temperature/ fragmentation test to know the breaking capacity of glass top models. Testing of LPG Stove/ HOB with flame failure device and temperature sensor in order to cut off the gas leakage caused due to spillage, blow off of flame by air etc. Preparing stoves with better thermal efficiency for star rating certificate clearance. Coordination with Superiors regarding the lab testing status.

Role on Inspection Clearance:

Maintain proper manual/ computerized record on various daily, weekly & monthly tests con- ducted.

Explanation of each test conducted on lab with proper data.

Act as a bridge for accomplishing customer satisfaction: Product quality awareness to M/s Marketing Dept. by conducting testing demonstration. Assist students in sharing knowledge based on manufacturing and testing during industrial visit.
