Project: VVSPL CAPACITY AUGMENTATION PROJECT

Client: HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited)

Site engineer in oil and gas booster station. Executing footing and pedestals for pipe line. Executing culvert across road for pipeline passage. Making duct bank for cable trench. Laying earth strip with pile inserting.

The Project comprises of new 9 MMTPA grassroots refining facility, revamp and capacity expansion of existing units, augmentation of Utilities systems, integrated effluent treatment system, Offsite facilities, Captive Power Plant and other associated facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining & controlling of all documentation like correspondence, registers for drawing, checklist, billing requirements & payment schedules.

Giving levels using dumpy level and manual marking with thread line.

Maintaining reference points of permanent marking after Total station surveying.

Marking for electrical conduit cutting, earth strip laying and earth pit installing.

Monitoring and tracking of Civil structural works, Culvert works, Pipe sleepers includes excavation, sleeper foundation and Cable trench

Making cube samples, sending all materials for testing purpose and follow up for good result.

Oversees testing and monitoring of wells, pumps, storage facilities and other equipment.
