THE EARLY PARTS OF MY WORK CAREER WERE IN MINISTRY, WHERE I WORKED WITH CHURCHES IN TENNESSEE, ALABAMA, SOUTH CAROLINA, AND KENTUCKY. I TAUGHT RELIGIOUS EDUCATION FROM 1992 – 2000 AT MADISON ACADEMY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL, IN MADISON, ALABAMA. I ALSO MANAGED A CELL PHONE STORE FROM – 2000 TO 2001. I’VE ALSO WORKED AS A TELEMARKETER FOR ALLSTATE INSURANCE FOR APPROXIMATELY ONE- AND ONE-HALF YEARS. HAVE WORKED PART-TIME WITH THE MINOR HILL CHURCH OF CHRIST IN MINOR HILL TENNESSEE FROM 2003 – 2005, WORKED WITH THE GORDONSBURG CHURCH OF CHRIST FROM 2012 – 2019, ON A PART-TIME BASIS. THERE HAVE BEEN INTERUPTIONS IN MY WORK SCHEDULE DUE TO SEVERAL SURGERIES AND HEALTH STRUGGLES DURING THOSE YEARS. I HAVE ALSO BEEN ASSISTING WITH THE CARE OF MY PARENTS FROM JANUARY OF THIS YEAR UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2019.

My GPA was 2.9 %, Studied Ministry, Music, Counseling, I also was voted the Class Favorite for the outstanding Male Student my Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior years. I was also selected by the Faculty and The Administration my Senior year to receive the Outstanding Christian Service Award.

COMMUNICATION

During the last four years I’ve prepared and delivered four original lessons every week. As you can tell, I’ve spent most of my career working with individuals who’re part of an “all-volunteer organization.’ People are part of a Church because they want to be, not because they must be.

I was active in counseling, visiting, and I led a Children’s Pew Packers Class weekly for our children much of that time.
