Up second passengers and dropping them off as well in the same ride, using the my google

Map quest to reach the desired destination requested. Only tips money is exchanged in the

Application or in person, how customer wants to pay.

As a Product Support Advisor my duties were to assist customers having accounts with Intuit

TurboTax. We assisted customer with ordering products make sure utilizing the product that

best fit their needs, maintain their account unlocks and troubleshooting their computer for best

functionality of their product. Also screen sharing for best results with customers.

The mortgage loans consist of preparing several spreadsheets in Microsoft excel keeping up with all stages of the mortgage loans coming in and out of the bank for 15 loan officers. Daily administration and organization skills managing multiple users setup, profiles was a must.

As a Collector II my duties and responsibility was to preform soft collecting on small business accounts, two to three months behind and establish a plan to help customers to become current.

We were on a dialer system where all calls came into the bank for with their past due account for assistance. Superior organizational skills and accuracy was a must.
