1. To follow the schedule of Project activities and verify the progress on daily basis. 2. To take corrective action of any deviation occurred from time to time. 3. Coordinate with site manager to meet the site requirement for materials, equipment and manpower according to the plan and follow up the provision of the same with the Project Management and other departments.
4. Analyze all the problems affecting the progress and solve them together with the site manager.

8. Coordination with the consultants, site manager and sub contractors to achieve the required technical and administrative integration. 9. Carry out the execution work in such a manner which will support the smooth of work of the other interfacing contractors/disciplines (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical) 10. Supervise and endorse authenticate the work of supervisors especially in the layout of project establishment of bench marks and maintenance of required levels. 11. Observe the progress in the field and check the conformity to the executed works to the required specification, the instructions of consultant and the approved progress plan.
12. Arrange weekly meetings to review progress on material, manpower and other related matters with the Formen to understand the problems affecting the work progress and discuss all possible remedial measures. 13. Provide timely reports to the Site Manager on any urgent needs about the work progress at site including his recommendations.
14. Inform any addition works included in the design but not mentioned in the contract to Site Manager and seek client’s approval.
15. Ensure along with the site QA/QC Engineer that the delivered materials prior to placing them in the stores are in accordance with specification and purchase orders and report to site manager for any deviation observed. 16. Ensure that all safety requirements are implemented according to safety procedure or as advised from time to time by site safety officers. 17. Carry out any works required by the Project Management within the scope of work. 18.
